Jason Leenaarts is a podcast host of the fantastic Revolutionary You!, a gym owner and writer. In this episode, we delve into his past as it contains some brilliant lessons I think we can all learn from. He's come from a place of being a drug addict and we chat about what this phase of his life has taught him and how it's shaped the coach he is today. He's also had his facility for just under 10 years and is still doing 10+ PT session days - if you follow him on social media you'll know this as he posts pictures of his clients constantly, which is another topic we also discuss!
 
There is an insane amount of lessons and stories in this and I'm confident any trainer will be able to take something from Jason's journey.
